"Insurance & Risk Management for Property Management"

Landlords have multiple responsibilities to protect the safety and security of their tenants (wet floor signs, adequate exterior lighting, and efficient snow removal to name a few). An even though we take all the necessary precautions, accidents still happen. It is so important today to adequately mitigate your risk and still have adequate insurance coverage for the inevitable incidents / accidents that do occur.

Our panel of risk management experts will discuss how to mitigate risk, what to do when there is an incident, and how to prepare for possible litigation. In addition, our panelists will discuss best practices for the Internet and Social Media to protect you in the event of a potential claim. By covering yourself before, during and after an incident, you can save your company a lot of time and money.
