BOMA members and guests will have the opportunity to be toured through the new buildout of Serendipity Labs located at 44 South Broadway.  Join us to discover the appeal of the Alternative, Flexible workspace provided by Serendipity Labs and learn how the partnership works with the property ownership.

Kate DiLorenzo will provide a brief introduction of Serendipity Labs before leading the group on the tour.  Serendipity Labs is a national network of vibrant, upscale workplaces which are an extension of the corporate workplace because each location meets the same rigorous standards for safety and security that large enterprises follow.
