Caroline Gadaleta is an Executive Managing Director and the Head of Property Management in the Tri-State region. In this capacity, she oversees a team of 290 individuals across a 26 million sf portfolio. The properties are located in NYC, NJ, and Westchester/Fairfield Counties and include office, retail and laboratory space. She is responsible for all sales, negotiations and contract enablement as well as transitions within the region and oversight of the entire team.
Caroline is an experienced real estate executive who currently serves on the Board of Directors of BOMA NY. She is a New York-based wife of one, mother of two and mentor of many. In her new book Feed Your Future she takes obvious, everyday occurrences and turns them into lessons on confidence, attitude, career, management, mentorship and leadership to help you feed YOUR future. You will see through her experiential lens how you, too, can learn from your daily travels and gain somequick insights into how to better yourself and how to use technology properly, such as LinkedIn, to better your career, personal brand and professional net worth.
