Workplace Resilience

Today’s workforce is under unprecedented pressure, with stress, burnout, and disengagement at all-time highs. Research shows that only 21% of employees worldwide report being engaged at work, and low engagement costs the global economy nearly $9 trillion annually. These numbers highlight a critical truth: when well-being suffers, performance, creativity, and retention suffer too.  This highly interactive 50-minute session gives employees simple, science-backed tools to manage stress and build resilience in real time.

The goal is straightforward: equip people with practical habits that protect well-being, strengthen focus, and improve workplace performance. When employees thrive, organizations gain a healthier, more engaged, and more productive workforce.

Participants Will:

• Create a shared language for workplace wellbeing (burnout vs. stress; what drives it).
• Learn and practice evidence-based micro-skills they can use today (i.e., microbreaks, if-then planning)
• Brainstorm a two-week workplace experiment to put these practices into action to improve energy and focus (with a successful metric to measure outcomes)
