Active shooter training focuses on preparing individuals to respond to violent threats using the "Run, Hide, Fight" strategy, aimed at increasing survival chances through quick decision-making. It also emphasizes situational awareness, recognizing workplace violence indicators, and proper, safe interaction with law enforcement.
