Al Mirin, Executive Director Investment Sales, Cushman & Wakefield of Connecticut, Inc.
Mr. Mirin has been recognized as a leader in investment sales in the region for the past 20 years. He is a leader in Cushman & Wakefield’s regional Investment Sales and Private Capital Group, specializing in middle market building sales ranging from $5 to $25 million. In this position, Mr. Mirin is able to enhance his value proposition with his clients, advising them on how to increase long-term asset value when the time comes to monetize that asset whether through sale or financing. Mr. Mirin has acted as advisor in more than 20 million square feet of transactions, totaling in excess of $8 billion.
ERIC WOLF, CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER and PRINCIPAL, DW CAPITAL
Eric Wolf is a principal and founder of DW Capital, a developer of sustainable, diverse residential communities in revitalizing urban settings, including 66Main and Metro92, both located in Yonkers, NY. DW Capital projects employ a range of sustainable elements, including geothermal HVAC, planned clean-tech parking, and planned clean energy urban agriculture. Mr. Wolf is primarily responsible for ongoing operations of DW Capital and its projects.
Prior to the founding of DW Capital, Mr. Wolf served as a Vice President at JPMorgan, where, over a ten-year period, he gained extensive M&A experience, including business valuation, structuring, due diligence and analysis of transaction economics and strategic imperatives. In addition, Mr. Wolf worked in interest rate derivatives and reputation risk management functions at JPMorgan. Before joining JPMorgan, Mr. Wolf was employed by KPMG Peat Marwick LLP as a business valuation consultant.
From 1989 to 1994, Mr. Wolf was a real estate lawyer in Boston, Massachusetts, where he was last an associate at Sherin and Lodgen. His practice encompassed a wide spectrum of real estate interests, including commercial acquisitions and sales, leasing, and lending. Mr. Wolf’s client base consisted primarily of real estate developers and large, institutional holders, including Stop N Shop supermarkets.
Eric Wolf received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in History from Columbia University, a Juris Doctor from the BU School of Law, in 1989 and an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management in 1998.
Mr. Wolf proudly serves on the boards of the Yonkers, NY YMCA and JCY/Westchester Community Partners. Mr. Wolf lives in Scarsdale, NY with his wife and two children.
