The Future of the Tappan Zee Bridge
The County’s Infrastructures Plans
As plans for the Tappan Zee Bridge replacement continue, BOMA Westchester is pleased to present an informative program on the bridge’s future and the plans for the County’s infrastructure improvements. Ross Pepe, is President of the Construction Industry Council of Westchester and the Hudson Valley, Inc. (CIC) and the Building Contractors Association of Westchester and Mid-Hudson, Inc. (BCA). Together these organizations represent more than 500 local firms involved in virtually every aspect of public work, commercial and private construction in the region.
Mr. Pepe has served as Chief Executive Officer of CIC since it was established in 1978 and in 2001 he expanded his responsibilities to include the same leadership services for the BCA. Additionally, Mr. Pepe is a three-term member of the NYS Department of Labor’s Public Work Advisory Board and a member of the Westchester-Rockland Tappan Zee Bridge Task Force.
Mr. Pepe will present the most up to date information on the ongoing plans for the Tappan Zee Bridge, the County’s infrastructure and the surrounding areas.
